A highlight of our school calendar is always World Book Day – a time for us to celebrate the wonderful world of books. We grasp this opportunity to promote reading for pleasure, promote our fabulous school library and to transport children into the magic of an author’s imagination.
We were astounded by the children’s creativity when dressing up as an adjective and staff also enjoyed dressing up as much as the children. Each class had lots of fun exploring pictures books and completing a range of exciting activities.
