To conclude their topic, Class 3 held an exciting Roman Day. Children and staff came to school dressed as Romans. Costumes ranged from togas, tunics, gladiators and emperors. During the day the children made their own mosaics, designed their own shields and took part in a Roman style banquet, in their own Triclinium. They really enjoyed the snails and stuffed dormice!
