Children from year 4 and 5 were lucky enough to take part in a music session at Hellens. In small groups, the children listened to classical music and were encouraged to be inspired by this as they painted different pictures. Included in the paintings were butterflies, sunny pictures and many more wonderful and artistic ideas.
Another activity had the children lie on the floor while listening to classical music, so they could imagine what story was being told by the music. The children all had such amazing ideas and every story was so different!
