On Wednesday 7th October, the whole school visited Halls Wood at Hellens House. After a very wet start to the week, the sun shone and the children enjoyed exploring the woods with their friends. Class 1 and 2 made leaf wands and all children had the opportunity to work together, plan and negotiate the safe building of some amazing dens. We feel very grateful that Hellens lets us use their beautiful grounds and thank them for the effort that goes into ensuring they are safe and accessible for us.
