Class 3 enjoyed a trip to Hellens Manor House. They worked with an art specialist from Hereford Sixth Form College. They explored the house and particularly enjoyed Bloody Mary’s Room.
Throughout the day, the children were drawn to the nature that can be found all around the house. They soon realised it was everywhere! They enjoyed sketching the nature they found using charcoal. They even had a go at sketching from memory with their eyes closed.
After the charcoal, the children added colour to their sketches using ink. They had so much fun and created some fantastic artwork.
